Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions
This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the "Offer") is an official proposal by IP Pinashin V.S. (INN: 471605764182, OGRNIP: 324470400120471) (hereinafter — the "Service Provider"), to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the "User") to enter into a service agreement on the terms set forth herein. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. By registering on the website rodovod.ru or making a payment, you accept this offer in full.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider grants the User access to the online service for creating, editing, and storing genealogical (family) trees at rodovod.ru. The service is provided electronically via the Internet. The service is not a physical product and does not require delivery.
3. Service Plans and Pricing
The service is available on the following plans: Free (0 ₽, up to 10 members, 1 tree), Basic (290 ₽/month, up to 50 members, 2 trees), Premium (590 ₽/month, up to 200 members, 3 trees), Unlimited (990 ₽/month, unlimited). All prices are in Russian rubles and include all applicable taxes. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices with 30 days prior notice.
4. Payment Procedure
Payment for paid plans is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Mir) through a secure payment gateway provided by T-Bank (JSC "T-Bank"). Payment is processed at the time of subscription. Recurring payments are charged monthly. The User can cancel the subscription at any time through account settings.
5. Service Delivery
Since the service is provided electronically, there is no physical delivery. Access to the paid features is granted immediately upon successful payment processing. The User receives access to the service through their account on rodovod.ru.
6. Refund Policy
In accordance with Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law and the Rules for the Sale of Goods via the Internet (RF Government Decree No. 612): the User may request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment if the service has not been used (no new data added to family trees during the paid period). If the service has been actively used, a refund is made on a prorated basis for the unused portion of the subscription period. Refund requests should be sent to rodovod.tree@gmail.com with the subject "Refund". Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Subscription Expiration
Upon expiration of the paid subscription, there is a 7-day grace period during which the User retains access to the current plan features. After the grace period, the account reverts to the Free plan. All User data is preserved, but adding new entries beyond the free plan limits is not possible until renewal.
8. Personal Data Processing
By accepting this Offer, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". Detailed information about data processing is available in the Privacy Policy at rodovod.ru/privacy. The Service Provider processes the following personal data: full name, email address, family tree data (names, dates, relationships). Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing the service and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
The User retains all rights to the data and content they create using the service. The Service Provider retains all rights to the software, design, and interface of rodovod.ru.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of technical failures. The Service Provider is not liable for losses resulting from the User's failure to maintain account security.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this Agreement are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at the location of the Service Provider.
