1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using rodovod.ru, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Rodovod.ru provides an online platform for creating, editing, and storing genealogical (family) trees. The service includes a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans with extended capabilities.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the family tree data and content you create using our service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different node limits: Free (10 nodes), Basic (50 nodes), Premium (200 nodes), and Unlimited. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Subscription Expiration
When a paid subscription expires, there is a 7-day grace period during which you retain access to your current plan features. After the grace period, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is preserved but you cannot add new nodes beyond the free limit until you renew.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to upload malicious content, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
